My back care Pilates class is designed to provide a safe and effective class for clients with minor back injuries that prevent them from participating in a regular Pilates class. In this class I work on building core strength with out flexing or rotating the spine. Back care Pilates is not just for clients with back problems, it can also be a good starting point for anyone without previous Pilates experience.
